Chris Garrett (politician)
Chris Garrett (born December 26, 1973) is an attorney and a Democratic politician from the U.S. state of Oregon. In 2008, he was elected to the Oregon House of Representatives representing District 38, which includes most of Lake Oswego and portions of southwestern Portland. He was re-elected in 2010 and 2012. Garrett resigned on December 31, 2013 after Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber appointed Garrett to the Oregon Court of Appeals to replace retiring judge David Schuman.
==Early life and career==
